Using your credits to Book a Class
Once signed up, you will receive a confirmation email.
Keep this email handy/make a note of your ‘Certificate code’.
Within the confirmation email, there is a unique link ‘Schedule’ to book into classes.

When booking proceed to the payment page, enter your ‘Certificate code’ (found in your confirmation email) under the ‘Package, gift, or coupon’ section.
If you are gifting to friends or family - please follow the same process for them or provide them with these instructions.
Booking Additional Classes
As a member you get access to a discounted rate for any additional classes you might want to attend once you have booked your active credits.
When booking any additional classes, proceed to the payment page, use code ‘Cub2’ under the ‘Package, gift, or coupon’ section.
How many classes do I have left?
Within your original confirmation email, there is a unique link ‘Schedule’ click this and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click ‘Check Code Balance’.
Enter your ‘Certificate code’ or your email address.
You will then see how many minutes you have remaining i.e 90 minutes remaining = 2 class credits

Taking a break from the membership
Make sure you have used up or booked in any remaining credits before you cancel your membership.

The Costume Cubs Membership FAQs
Q: When can I start using my membership pass?
A: Straight away, one you have purchased, your first monthly credits will be added to your account. You will be able to book them straight away.
Q: Do I still need to book in advance?
A: Yes, you have the flexibility to book which classes suit you, however you will still need to book into each class you wish to attend.
Q: What if I’m on holiday or can't make it for a few weeks?
A: We have the class diary ready to view to help you to plan (as much as you can with a little one!). No problem if you can’t attend— unused class credits roll over automatically. Nothing is ever lost.
Q: Do you have a class cancellation policy
A: We understand with little ones that things can sometimes be unpredictable, however classes please aim to cancel within 24 hours of the start time otherwise your credit will be used.
Q: Some months you are advertising 3 classes, I only have 2 credits to use, how does this work?
A: We want to see you as often as you can make it! You will have a unique discount (above) which you can use to book any additional classes you wish to attend at the membership discounted rate.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Monthly members can pause or cancel at anytime. No long-term commitment, no stress.
Q: Can I gift a class to a friend?
A: Absolutely — your credits can be gifted to friends or family. Perfect for sharing the fun. You would need to provide them your unique booking link so they can select the right class for them.
Q: Do you offer a Family Pass rate for twins?
A: We do 🤍We have created a Twin Membership Rate. Simply drop us a message and we’ll ensure your twin rate is applied.
