❓ FAQs – Common Questions From Edinburgh Mums
Q: Do you offer a membership pass?
A: Yes, you can join the Costume Cubs Membership, this gives you access to 2 classes per month. This is the best value option and you never lose any unused classes!
Q: Can I book a one off class?
A: Yes, there is the option to book into an individual class if you wish.
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes, booking is required to secure your place as class sizes are limited.
Q: Is it okay if my baby is a newborn?
A: Absolutely! The class is perfect for babies aged 0–12 months, even very young ones.
Q: What if my baby cries or needs to feed?
A: Totally fine — this is a baby-led class. Take breaks as needed.
Q: Can both parents attend?
A: We ask for one adult per baby where possible to keep the space calm and cozy.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: We understand with little ones that things can sometimes be unpredictable, however we ask for 48 hours notice.
Q: Do you offer a rate for twins?
A: We do 🤍 Families attending with twins are welcome to book using our Twin Family Rate. Simply drop us a message and we’ll ensure your twin rate is applied. We know joining a class with two little ones can feel like a big step — we’re here to make it as smooth (and special) as possible for you.

Hi! I’m Sarah — mum of two boys, Max (3) and Cody (10 months).
I created Costume Cubs to give mums like you:
Fun ways to connect and bond with your baby
A place to meet other Edinburgh mums who just get it
Time to slow down in the moment, feel welcomed, and enjoy motherhood together
My goal is to offer gentle, creative, and welcoming classes that make motherhood feel a little more magical (and a lot less lonely).
I’m a current member of the PVG Scheme (Disclosure Scotland) and have attended a Duty of Care First Aid workshop (Feb 2026).
